We process orders within 2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing time is separate from shipping time.

We ship domestically and internationally. Available shipping options and their costs are shown at checkout. Estimated delivery after dispatch is 7-10 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

When your order ships, we’ll email you tracking information.

If your package is delayed, lost, damaged, or marked delivered but you can’t find it, contact us at orders@rosestrong.org with your order number.

International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties and taxes, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
